Snowflakes are one of nature's
most fragile things,
but just look at what they can do
when they stick together. (1)

Snowstorms are God's way of saying,
'You're working too hard.' (2)
[But] each snowflake in an avalanche
pleads not guilty. (3)

No snowflake ever falls
in the wrong place. (4)
About the woodlands I will go
To see the cherry hung with snow. (5)

The north wind does blow,
and we shall have snow. (6)
Then words came
like a fall of winter snow. (7)

Advice is like snow;
the softer it falls,
the longer it dwells upon,
and the deeper it sinks into the mind. (8)

Time, like a snowflake,
disappears while you're trying to decide
what to do with it. (9)
Genius is an African who dreams up snow. (10)

We build statues out of snow,
and weep to see them melt. (11)
[And] like an army defeated
The snow hath retreated. (12)

The future lies before you,
like paths of pure white snow.
Be careful how you tread it,
for every step will show. (13)
